    How we created Z

    • 2019-2020

      TWO YEARS working with neuroscientists to identify ingredients with strong research supporting effectiveness at boosting brain performance.

    • 2021

      ONE YEAR testing and iteratively refining the formulation with a group of volunteers who each took it daily for at least 90 days. During this time, we eliminated all ingredients for which some individuals had a negative reaction, such as Lion’s Mane, Phenethylamine (PEA) and caffeine.

    • 2022

      ONE YEAR testing the final formulation with a larger group and getting detailed feedback (which was universally positive).
